"What?"
I was at Mandy's the next morning. We both were lying down on her bed lying side to side. I turned my body round and stare at the ceiling. "Mandy, I'm so tired." I breathe. I didn't look at her but I know that she was staring straight at me with those grassy green eyes. On the corner of my eye, I saw her raised her eyebrows up. "I mean, I'm tired of chasing someone that don't want me. I mean, he said that he likes me and then he flirts with someone else. Maybe I should just give up boys for good." Mandy laughed at my confession and I took my eyes away from the ceiling and stare at her sharply.
"What?"
"Jade, Jade, Jade." She chuckled and covered her eyes with her arm.
I let out a sigh and relaxed on her comfortable bed. She rolled over to her side and put her earphones on and played a song which was on her iPod. She closed her eyes and as music travelled through her ears she nodded her head to the beat and sung the words softly. I studied her actions and closed my own eyes; getting lost in my own world. I was facing the other side of the bed and scanned her room. Her guitar was placed neatly next to a rack full of CD's, the brilliant sun shone through the circle shaped window. The cream paint of her room made it seemed cheerful; Paramore's poster taped to the wall, pictures of me, her and Adam during summer arranged in a collage next to the poster. A TV about 30 inch was placed next to the wooden cupboard. Leggings, shorts, shoes and other clothing material was on the floor. The stripes carpet fitted the whole room nicely and it goes with the room colour. Next to the bed, a bedside table where there's full of stuff on it. Her phone, packet of cigarettes, car keys, a picture frame of her and her family and a lamp. I sat up straight and scratch my back with the duvet covering half of my body.
"You're so dramatic Jade." She said suddenly and took the earphones out. I could hear faint sound of music through it. She was lying on her stomach and her face against the pillow.
"Dramatic?"
"Yes, dramatic. As in you make a big fuss about everything. I love you really but come on, don't you think you're being a bit too dramatic about this?" her voice muffled through the pillow. I let out a big sigh knowing that what she said was true. She got up and put her head on my shoulder. "Chill Jade," she sighed, "think about it. You'll get what I mean." Her locks of curls tickled my cheeks and I nodded. She lie down again and put the earphones back in leaving me and my thoughts alone.

If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.
