I have had this blog since 2009 and in the midst of writing this, that'll be 9 years now. This blog was an online journal for me, where I mostly write about personal stuff throughout my adolescent years but now I am going to use this blog as a platform for me to share not only about my personal life but also my interests, tips, beauty, fashion and of course my writing!
Before I do, I think I have to make this clear - I am not an actual blogger, I am just a girl who happens to have a blog. Though, being a blogger doesn't sound too bad now that I think of it, hehe.
I take my own photos and edit them both on my iPhone unless I state otherwise - I am no photographer either so please don't judge me too harshly if the quality isn't A* perfection.
No one asked but I'm going to write about it anyway - Such Great Heights is actually a song originally by The Postal Service but I personally prefer the Iron & Wine version of it. I have thought of changing it multiple of times before but decided not to, so it kind of stuck with me and the song is still one of my favourites.
'paperrairplanes' is also a song by Passion ft Melisa Polinar except it's called Paper Airplane. The only reason why my url is with double 'r's is because back then 'paperairplane' was taken (oh the struggle!). But just like Such Great Heights, it stuck with me all these years and it sort of became my thing.
I hope that clears things up if you've ever wondered why I named my blog and domain as such. I hope to inspire anyone with whatever content I post on this blog. Even though it has been 9 years, I'm still kind of new to actual blogging.
